  • New Horizons Centre, Aberdare Mental Health support is a local website set up by New Horizons Mental Health Resource Centre in Aberdare & Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council. The website provides advice and information about mental health problems and services available.

  • Teenage Health Freak Excellent website covering all teenage health issues.
  • NHS Direct The NHS's own online health resource gives simple, clear advice on many medical conditions.
